The Advanced Database and Intelligence Lab (ADIL) is a research laboratory in the CICORE Division of the San Diego Supercomputer Center at the University of California San Diego. The lab focuses on heterogeneous data integration, domain-specific knowledge graph construction, knowledge-based conversational engines, and management of information security and privacy in the context of complex and heterogeneous data. Our current projects relate to advance AI-enabled query processing, analytics, and decision support across application areas like biomedical informatics, socioeconomic analysis, cybersecurity, innovation landscape analysis, regulatory compliance, and entrepreneurship. Our research is supported by the National Science Foundation, United States Department of Agriculture, National Institutes of Health, and the Department of Defense.
